Heute mal etwas Thrash mit Machine Head. Die momentan nur noch aus 2 Musikern bestehende Band passt musikalisch und inhaltlich gut in unser Blog, nicht erst seit dem antirassistischen "Is there anybody out there?" "Laut Sänger Robert Flynn handelt das Lied von „Liebe, Einsamkeit, Rassismus und dem Unverständnis darüber, was in der Welt/Amerika vor sich geht“. Er bezieht sich aber auch auf „aktuelle Geschehnisse, würde jedoch auf etwas Übergeordnetes abzielen“. Teilweise holte sich Flynn die Inspiration durch die Ereignisse bei dem zu Ehren von Dimebag Darrell veranstalteten Festival Dimebash 2016, bei dem der ehemalige Pantera-Sänger Phil Anselmo zunächst den Hitlergruß zeigt und später dem Publikum die Worte White Power zuruft.
Als Reaktion darauf änderte Flynn die zweite Strophe des Liedes und bezieht sich mit den Worten Ashamed of the racists I used to call brothers (engl.: Beschämt von den Rassisten die ich Brüder nannte) und bezieht sich dabei auf die genannten Vorkommnisse. Flynn veröffentlichte daraufhin über die Plattform YouTube ein Video mit dem Titel Racism in Metal (engl.: Rassismus im Metal) in dem er zum einen Anselmos Tat kritisierte, zum anderen aber auch die Metalfans dafür kritisierte, dass weder Fans noch andere Bands sich gegen Anselmos rassistische Äußerungen und Taten stellen. Rassismus habe keinen Platz im Metal und Machine Head werden keine Pantera-Songs mehr spielen. Nach eigener Aussage hat Flynn daraufhin über 1000 Morddrohungen erhalten." (Wikipedia)

Here is a box for the popular card game UNO in the "mini" version. This issue has flown to me in Thailand, unfortunately I've never seen it anywhere else. Meanwhile, the original box is somewhat scratched, so that something new had ago. Because of the unusual format was unfortunately no scaling of existing designs such as (thing: 145436) possible, which is why I then just designed the box from scratch.
Maybe someone can use the box, for easier opening a small "overpressure" opening is built in.
So, here ist is, printed with my AnyCubic i3 MEGA, with Filament from Alicia3DP: RED PLA. This Filament from Spain is very cheap, but can be processed well.
I suggest 15% infill, 0.20mm Height of Layer, 1,06% Flow, 220° Nozzle, 60° Heatbed and 100% Cooling. (I use an Titan Extruder and Sunon Fans, you'll try it with your Standard PLA Settings).
For the thin walls, I recommend to set Simplify 3D in the advanced options for External and internal Thin Wall Type to "perimeters only". Otherwise, there may be problems with the lettering.
